<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce congestion at ticket gates, windows and the like and smooth commutation in an emergency by providing accurate train delay information. <P>SOLUTION: A train delay information provision system comprises a train delay information provision application means, an emergency input means for inputting emergency information, an emergency information provision determination means for determining whether or not a used route described on a season ticket relates to the emergency information input by the emergency inputted means, an emergency notification means for notifying the user of the emergency information when the emergency information provision determination means determines that the ride route described on the season ticket relates to the emergency information inputted by the emergency input means, an alternative route acquisition means for acquiring an alternative route according to the used route described on the season ticket and the emergency information, and an alternative route provision means for providing the user with the alternative route acquired by the alternative route acquisition means according to information provision conditions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
