<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation history recording system for easily recording an operation history by using an IC tag. <P>SOLUTION: When a certain operation is performed to a certain individual, ID is read from an IC tag embedded in an operation tag corresponding to an operation to be performed by using an IC tag reader, and the ID is read from the IC tag attached to the individual. When the read ID group is read by an ID reading part 30, an ID classification deciding part 40 refers to an operation instruction master data storing part 10 and an individual master data storage part 20, and decides which of the operation and the individual is specified by each read ID.
