<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively arrange a filling opening of a fuel tank in fuel tank arrangement structure of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle is provided with a rear seat for a rear part occupant at the rear part of the front seat for a driver, a foot placing part for the rear part occupant at the side of the front seat, and the fuel tank at the under part of the front seat.
