PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker device providing an easy assembly formation by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A frame 210 for a loudspeaker is molded integrally by insert-molding a board 211 with a loudspeaker holder 215 holding a loudspeaker unit 300 with a voice coil vibrating a diaphragm, and a part holder 216 holding a network 400 controlling an electric signal supplied to the loudspeaker unit 300; and a first conductive member 231 in which the network 400 is connected at one end and the voice coil for the loudspeaker unit 300 at the other end. The voice coil for the loudspeaker unit 300 held to the loudspeaker holder 215 and the network 400 held to the part holder 216 are brought to the state, in which the voice coil and the network 400 are connected mutually, only by connecting the voice coil and the network 400 to the integrally fitted first conductive member 231, thus easily improving a workability on an assembly.
