PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earphone-microphone integrated with an earphone and a microphone that can prevent surrounding noise from being picked up and easily separate the input signal of the microphone from an output voice signal. SOLUTION: The earphone-microphone is configured such that mechanical vibration is delivered between one and the same diaphragm 7 and both a piezoelectric actuator 5 with an electric signal 9 applied thereto and a piezoelectric sensor 6 with an electric signal taken out therefrom.
