PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic electronic component effectively preventing the occurrence of cracks, reducing short circuit fraction defectives and withstand voltage fraction defectives, and having high electrostatic capacity. SOLUTION: The laminated ceramic electronic component comprises a dielectric layer constituted of a plurality of ceramic particles, and an inner electrode layer. Ceramic particles coupled to other ceramic particles constituting the dielectric layer and projected from the inner electrode layer so as not to be penetrated into the inner electrode layer are contained in the dielectric layer.
