PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for a construction machine capable of easily performing the maintenance such as cleaning, examination, and repairs of each cooling equipment such as a radiator, an oil cooler, and an after-cooler. SOLUTION: A frame (1) for forming an opening part (1a) on a vent path is provided on the upstream side of a fan (26). A radiator (11A) and an oil cooler (12), or a radiator (11), the oil cooler (12) and an after-cooler (13) are arranged in parallel in the opening part (1a) of the frame (1), and at least any one of the radiator (11A) and the oil cooler (12), or the radiator (11), the oil cooler (12) and the after-cooler (13) is attachably/detachably fitted to the frame (1).
