PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding door capable of raising sound insulation efficiency. SOLUTION: The sliding door consists of a sliding door body 1 and a closing means 5 closing the whol or part of a gap around the sliding door body 1. The closing means 5 consists of a first closing element 51 provided to a site 1k on the sliding door body 1 side and a second closing element 52 provided to a site 3k on an opponent material 3 side. The first closing element 51 has a first bottom surface 510 and a first inclined closing surface 512 inclined so as to make the displacement to an opening direction (S2 direction) of the sliding door body 1. The second closing element 52 has a second bottom surface 520 and a second inclined closing surface 522 inclined so as to make the displacement to a closing direction (S1 direction) of the sliding door body 1 with the separation from the second bottom surface 520.
