PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding door device capable of improving watertightness and airtightness by sealing a clearance between a lower frame and a folding door irrespective of an upper face of the lower frame having a barrier-free flat structure, reducing an installation space of a sealing member, and simplifying a structure of an interlocking mechanism. SOLUTION: This folding door device is provided with a frame body 2 composed of an upper frame 2a, the lower frame 2b, and left and right vertical frames 2c, 2d and one or a plurality of folding doors 5 provided in the frame body 2 so as to fold down, open, and close and constituted by connecting two door bodies 3, 3 mutually through a hinge 4. The upper face of the lower frame 2b is formed into a substantially plane. The sealing member 5 operating in the interlocking relationship with a member related to folding door opening and closing, protruding upward from the inside of the lower frame 2b to seal the clearance between the lower frame 2b and the folding door 5 when closing the folding door, and evacuating into the lower frame 2b when opening the folding door is provided in the lower frame 2b so as to protrude and sink.
