PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered structure excellent in lightweight properties and bending strength, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the multilayered structure constituted by forming an intermediate layer between at least two surface layers includes a laminating process for forming a laminated material by laminating the intermediate layer raw material, which contains a particle material comprising a lignocellulose material, a thermoplastic resin raw material and a foamable resin raw material, between at least two surface layer materials containing a fiber material comprising long fibers and a thermoplastic resin raw material, a preforming process for forming a preformed product by heating the laminated material to a temperature higher than the melting temperature of the thermoplastic resin raw material but below the foaming temperature of the foamable resin raw material to bond the intermediate layer raw material and the surface layer materials, a foaming process for heating the preformed product to a temperature higher than the foaming temperature of the foamable resin raw material and a shaping process for pressing the preformed product after the foaming process to shape it into a predetermined shape.
