PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide mixed resin laminated film roll having extremely high gas barrier properties, capable of being smoothly subjected to bag making processing by virtue of lamination in a good yield and capable of efficiently obtaining a package free from an S-shaped curl. SOLUTION: The polyamide mixed resin laminated film roll is formed by taking up a polyamide mixed resin laminated film formed by laminating a plurality of polyamide mixed resin layers and having a vinylidene chloride copolymer resin layer laminated thereon. In this polyamide mixed resin laminated film roll, a first sample cutting part is provided within a 2 m range from the winding completion of the film while a final cutting part is provided within a 2 m range from the winding start of the film and, in a case that sample cutting parts are provided at every about 100 m from the first sample cutting part, physical properties such as the content of an elastomer, tensile modulus, thickness irregularity in a longitudinal direction, oxygen permeability, etc., are adjusted with respect to all of samples cut from the respective cutting parts so as to fall within a predetermined range of fluctuation width.
