PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stretch the muscles under the cheek bones and around the eyes of a user where the looseness is apt to stand out. SOLUTION: The cosmetic implement is for preventing and correcting the looseness of muscles of the face of the user by covering the jaws, cheeks and head with a cover and drawing up the muscles of the face. A cheek-bone area pusher 2 is formed to project inward at a position to cover the area under the cheek bone in the cover 1 for pushing up the muscles around the cheek bone. The cheek-bone area pusher is fixed to the cover, or detachable or movable to the cover. A temple area pusher 3 is formed to project inward at a position to cover the area near the temple in the cover for pushing up the muscles around the temple. The temple area pusher is fixed to the cover, or detachable or movable to the cover.
