PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle-integrated biosensor composed of a biosensor with at least two electrodes and an integrated puncture needle to be pierced into the skin of a subject for obtaining a bodily fluid, capable of holding the puncture needle sanitarily without requiring a protection cover for the puncture needle, etc. SOLUTION: The needle-integrated biosensor is composed of the biosensor consisting of at least two insulating substrates, a spacer set in the space between the substrates and electrodes, and the integrated puncture needle inside the biosensor to be pierced into the skin of the subject for obtaining the bodily fluid. In the needle-integrated biosensor, the puncture needle and an electrode reaction part into which a measurement sample is introduced are separated by a partition wall part.
