A chamber for preventing inter layer noise and a noise prevention method of a pipe using the same are provided to effectively block the noise transfer by wholly sealing the vicinity of the horizontal pipe through the noise chamber. A chamber for preventing inter layer noise comprises a chamber body formed as a cover-shaped sound blocking material and attached at a ceiling slab(6) or a wall(7) of a lower house to seal a horizontal pipe(5) of an upper house; a sound absorbing material mounted on the inner surface of the chamber body; a vibration absorber installed on the attached surface where the chamber body is attached on the ceiling slab or the wall; and a combining unit for fixing the chamber body on the ceiling slab or the wall. The chamber body contains a lower plate and a wall plate extended from the lower plate.
