A prefabricated washboard structure for an apartment house is provided to prevent cables from being damaged by forming a cable groove, finishing the cable groove by a fixing member preventing the cables from being separated, and having a insecticide application groove at outside of finishing member. A prefabricated washboard structure for an apartment house comprises a washboard housing(10) where plural cable grooves(11) are horizontally formed, a fitting groove(13) is horizontally formed at an protrusion, and a combining groove(14) is horizontally formed, and fixed in the installation groove through a bolt screwed at a bolt hole(15); a fixing member(20) projected with a separation preventing part(22) at the rear of the vertical part of plural fixing rods(21) and horizontally fixed with insertion rods(23) at the upper and lower ends of fixing rods; a finishing member(30) laterally connected through a joint member(35) combined at connection holes(33) of two ends and combined in the fitting groove of the end protrusion through a combining projection(32), wherein a sliding groove(31) is formed; and a finishing pad(40) formed with a plural insecticide application grooves(41) combined at the sliding groove(31) of the finishing emeber(30). |
