A biosensor including ID information and a device for reading the ID information of the biosensor are provided to write and read various kinds of ID information with a low cost by attaching a color code for recording the ID information of the biosensor to the biosensor and optically reading the ID information of the biosensor from the color tag. A biosensor detector(210) detects the biosensor. A light emitter(220) emits light to an ID information recording part if the biosensor is detected. A light receiver(230) receives the light emitted from the light emitter, and reflected, refracted, or penetrated by the ID information recording part. An ID information reader(240) includes an amplifier(241) for amplifying an analog optical signal of the light receiver, an ADC(Analog Digital Converter)(242) converting the amplified analog signal into a digital signal, and a signal analyzer(243) reading the ID information including more than one of species, manufacturer, measurement correction code information of the biosensor by analyzing the digital signal. An ID information output part(250) outputs the read ID information of the biosensor.
