An anti-vibration device of a rail on a rail road bridge is provided to improve safety of the rail road bridge by efficiently absorbing the noise due to the impact load on the rail through the anti-vibration improve structure between the upper plate slab and the sleeper. An anti-vibration device of a rail on a rail road bridge comprises an upper plate slab(2) installed on the pier; and sleepers(3) separated with a regular interval. Parapets(20) are upwardly projected at both ends of the width direction of the upper slab, and a recessed part and a bulged part(32) are formed at the front ends of the parapet and the sleeper. Grooves(34) are formed at the recessed part of the parapet and the bulged part of the sleeper, and a spring(S) is inserted in the groove to absorb impact due to the left and right fluctuation of the sleeper. Vibration proof pads(8) are inserted between the upper plate slab and the sleeper. One end of an anchor(6) is internally placed on the slab, and the other end penetrates the sleeper and fixes the sleeper on the slab through a nut(N) combined at the front end. A vibration proof ring(7) is inserted between the anchor and the penetration hole of the sleeper to absorb the impact.
