A pipe coating apparatus is provided to remarkably reduce the number of parts and the number of processes by excluding a heating process. A pipe coating apparatus comprises a first drawing device(120), a first extruder(130), a first die(140), a second extruder(130'), and a second die(140'). The first drawing device continuously draws a pipe. The first extruder is adapted to supply a first coating material to the outer surface of the pipe drawn through the first drawing device. The first die is connected to the first extruder. The first die receives the first coating material by the first extruder and coats the first coating material on the entire outer surface of the pipe. The second extruder is adapted to supply a second coating material to the pipe passed through the first die. The second die is connected to the second extruder. The second die receives the second coating material by the second extruder and coats the second coating material on a portion of the outer surface of the pipe. The first and second extruders and the first and second dies are integrally formed. Fuel introduction openings and coating material injection holes of the first and second extruders are separately formed.
