A restorable plate-shaped apparatus for keeping warmth and coldness is provided to keep the warmth and coldness of liquid for a long time or provide warmth or coldness to a human body by forming a roll type holding body with restorability or attaching an elastic body with restorability on an exterior surface of holding body. The restorable plate-shaped apparatus for keeping warmth and coldness includes a plate-shaped holding body(11) which is rolled and has restorability, internal space of which is filled with heat insulation or cool insulation; and an isolation material(13) attached to an isolation material attaching side of the exterior surface(11c) of the holding body(11). The height from the isolation material attaching side to the exterior surface of the holding body(11) is higher than or equal to that of the isolation material(13).
