An image signal processing device, a liquid crystal display device and a driving method thereof are provided to reduce power consumption of the image signal processing device by decreasing capacitance of a storage part. An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device includes an LCD panel, an interface(120), a signal converter(130), a buffer(140), and a system controller(110). The interface receives an image signal from the outside. The signal converter includes an RGBW logic and a rendering logic. The RGBW logic converts the image signal into an RGBW image signal. The rendering logic renders the RGBW image signal. The buffer stores the RGBW image signal. The system controller controls the buffer, so that the buffered RGBW image signal is delivered to the LCD panel.
