A combination switch for regulating side mirrors and a steering wheel of a vehicle is provided to visually coincide the manipulation direction of the combination switch with the operation direction of the side mirrors and the steering wheel. A combination switch for controlling side mirrors and a steering wheel of a vehicle comprises a terminal unit(10), a device selection unit(20), and an operation direction selection unit(30). The terminal unit includes a left side mirror terminal(11), a holding terminal(12), and a right side mirror terminal(13), and a steering wheel terminal(14). The side mirror terminals and the holding terminal are disposed on a surface facing the roof direction of the vehicle. The steering wheel terminal is disposed on a surface facing the interior of the vehicle. A main ground terminal selectively being contacted with the terminals is axially installed in a cylindrical body. The device selection unit includes direction terminals connected to control units. The operation direction selection unit is mounted to the outer periphery of the body of the unit selection unit and includes a direction selection terminal selectively connecting the direction terminals.
