<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a serial broadcast system by which real time information is delivered, broadcast, advertised or issued to a single or a plurality of customers and on-line advertisements can be transmitted in a furthermore smaller space to the customers more quickly, and whereby a system administrator can manage all deliver servers and terminals. <P>SOLUTION: In the serial broadcast system by which a audio video serial technology is adopted and delivered and advertisements are broadcast or real time information is issued to a single or a plurality of customers, an adjustment delivery service management system and a real time information management system are utilized to carry out management operations.
