<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a time spent for simulation by visualizing an evaluation index related to the stock management of SCM, and selecting a target stock needing SCM improvement measures. <P>SOLUTION: An ordering plan DB 302 stores an ordering plan about each period of each the target stock. A stock prediction DB 304 stores stock prediction data. An evaluation index forecast calculation processing part 70 by an ordering system recommendation plan calculates a forecast value of the evaluation index of each the target stock in reference to the data. A selection support processing part 80 extracts the target stock satisfying a given extraction condition, and displays the ordering plan. The selection support processing part 80 calculates and displays forecast values of the evaluation index about the plurality of ordering plans for simulating the ordering plan.
