PHOTOCATALYST CLEANING APPARATUS AND PHOTOCATALYST CLEANING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst cleaning apparatus accomplishing wave-guide with a less loss and efficient light-leakage to the photocatalyst by combining two kinds of optical fibers, and a photocatalyst cleaning method.

SOLUTION: The photocatalyst cleaning apparatus 1 is constituted such that a light emitted by a light source part 2 is fed to a cleaning treatment part 4 via an optical cable 3. The cleaning treatment part 4 is further constituted of a cable terminal part 6, a connection part 7 and a photocatalyst treatment part 8. The photocatalyst treatment part 8 is the one in which a predetermined number of light-leakage fibers 9 is carried with the photocatalyst such as titanium oxide or the like and this is spread/formed to a tape-like shape or a sheet-like shape and is made to a soft structure that the terminal end is not fixed and can be freely deformed by force from the outside.
