<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an electric pump capable of simplifying a bracket even if mounting direction is different. <P>SOLUTION: When the electric pump 1 is mounted on a mounting part 91 of a body structure body 90 via the bracket 5, the bracket is fitted and locked to a projection part 231 of a rotary shaft direction end part of a motor housing 23 and is locked on a first female screw part 234 of a bulkhead 22 by screw.
