PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a pouch provided with a heat press forming part, which can form more deeply than conventionally done, by heat press forming, the heat press forming part for facilitating the opening of the mouth, which does not cause wrinkles around the heat press forming part, and which excels in productivity because the heat press forming part is easy to demold from the male die and female die after the thermoforming and the heat press processing can be done without decreasing the processing speed. SOLUTION: The method comprises the step for heating the laminated film 20 in the part for which the heat press forming is provided, the step of transferring the laminated film 20, the step of arranging the dies of the male die 13 and the female die 14, inserting the laminated film 20 between the male die 13 and the female die 14, holding the periphery of the heat press forming part by the elastic bodies 21 attached to the male die 13 and female die 14 and performing the heat press forming while holding the heat press forming part S at the position where the male die 13 and female die 14 are mated to stop, and the step of detaching the male die 13 from the female die 14 to take out the thermally formed part S.
