PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detection accuracy by restraining a magnetic effect of a rotor, and improve rotational accuracy of a motor. SOLUTION: This brake control device is composed of a pump which supplies working oil to a wheel cylinder of a vehicle, a housing which accommodates the pump, the motor which is provided on a first side surface of the housing and drives the pump, and a rotational position sensor which detects a rotational position of the motor. The motor includes the rotor having a field generating member on one edge. The other edge of the rotor opposite to the side on which the field generating member is provided is penetrated into the pump and the housing, and is protruded from a second side surface on the opposite side to the first side surface of the housing. The rotational position sensor is provided on the outer periphery side of the rotor edge to detect rotation at the edge of the rotor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
