PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fixedly inserting a rotor blade into the slot of a disk for reducing cracking due to heat and mechanical fatigue. SOLUTION: The slot 52 comprises an opening part 63 demarcated by two rails, and is continued in the tangential direction. After a snap seal 56 is disposed on the disk 12, the blade 30 is inserted radially into the slot 52 to rotate the blade 30. Then, the blade 30 is slid so that a platform 32 covers a part of a snap seal 56. After the snap seal and the blade are disposed until a space for a locking blade is formed, a load lock 78 is inserted into the slot 52, and the load lock 78 is slid relative to the blade 30 demarcating the space so that the set screw of a lock 78 is fitted to the notches of the platform and the snap seal.
