PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shrinkable and easily releasable label excellent in recycling, which is stuck to a glass bottle etc. and which is easily released. SOLUTION: In the heat shrinkable and easily releasable label composed of a base film and an adhesive layer provided on one face of the base material, the base film is a heat shrinkable film and the adhesive layer includes a pressure sensitive adhesive and a temperature sensitive polymer, wherein the adhesive has adhesive force reduced at a temperature not less than a melting point of the temperature sensitive polymer, and the adhesive force is reduced by heating the adhesive to a temperature not less than the melting point and the heat shrinkable film is shrunk by heat.
