PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoke eliminating system suitable for applying a commercial facility such as a store building. SOLUTION: A fire protection and smoke protection section 1 is set to provide a fire protection section serving as a smoke protection section in each floor, a smoke accumulation space is secured in an upper part thereof, and forcible mechanical smoke exhaust is carried out from the smoke accumulation space, by an exhaust fan 11. A slit 8 is formed in a ceiling 7 to secure a ceiling chamber 2 as the smoke accumulation space, and a smoke eliminating equipment is provided therein. A plurality of exhaust ports 13 are distributedly arranged in the ceiling chamber, An exhaust damper 14 is opened, when a fire disaster occurs, to discharge smoke from the plurality of exhaust ports 13 at the same time. An exhaust damper is formed into an air-tight type exhaust damper serving as a fire protection damper to dispense with the fire protection damper. A smoke protection vertical wall 6 is fixedly installed in a boundary position of the fire protection and smoke protection section. A pressurized smoke protection facility 20 is provided to pressurization-supply fresh outside air to a front chamber 22 of an emergency stair 21, a control mechanism 27 is provided therein to regulate a pressurization supply amount, and a pressure release port 26 for regulating a differential pressure is provided between the fire protection and smoke protection section and the front chamber.
