PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro fluid element for power conversion in which neutralization reaction of power conversion fluid is suppressed and a large output can be obtained. SOLUTION: The power conversion micro fluid element has a main micro-channel 12 (main passage) in which a stream of an acidic aqueous solution A as one of the power conversion liquid and a stream of a basic aqueous solution B as the other power conversion liquid are formed, and for example, a first channel 12A (passage in which the stream of the acidic aqueous solution A is formed) and a second channel 12B (passage in which the stream of the basic aqueous solution B is formed) to constitute the main micro-channel 12 are made to be a passage of which cross-section cut from the direction crossing the liquid stream at right angles is square (major axis a (passage width), minor axis b (passage depth=stream thickness), a≥b). The first channel 12A and the second channel 12B are arranged so that the major axis and the minor axis of the cross-section of the passage becomes parallel with each other, and shares (overlaps) one corner 8 (one corner of rectangle). Then, in the cross-section of the passage, the contact width c of the stream of the acidic solution A and the basic solution B is made smaller than the minor axis b (passage depth=stream thickness).
