PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airtight shelter which is high in soundproofing properties and exhaust gas diffusion preventive performance. SOLUTION: The airtight shelter is constructed by covering upper and side portions of a vehicle traveling area 1 with soundproof panels 3 having sound absorption properties and sound insulation properties. By virtue of covering the upper and side portions of the vehicle traveling area 1 with the soundproof panels 3, noise and exhaust gas are prevented from leaking to the outside of the airtight shelter A.
