PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition holding flexibility, elastic recovery or the like originally possessed by an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, having excellent melt moldability, hardly causing necking, breakage, agglutination or the like, and having excellent appearance, blocking resistance, strength, low residual strain after extension, or the like; and to provide a molded product comprising the same. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition contains (a) an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer and (b) a thermoplastic polyurethane satisfying the following conditions (i) to (iv) in a ratio of components (a) to (b) being (70:30)-(90:10): (i) obtained by the reaction of a polyester diol having 1,500-5,000 number average molecular weight with an organic diisocyanate and a chain extender; (ii) having≥2.6 wt.% nitrogen atom content; (iii) having an endothermic peak by a DSC within the range of 200-220°C; and (iv) having 2-15 J/g crystallization enthalpy (ΔH) by the DSC within the temperature range of 200-220°C.
