PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator security operating device for performing anticrime measures by detecting a person to whom the anticrime measures are required. SOLUTION: The elevator security operating device for changing the operation of an elevator to either the normal operation or the security operation comprises an RFID tag 14 arranged on belongings of a person to whom anticrime measures are required, an RFID reader for detecting the presence of the RFID tag 14 at each landing of the elevator, and an operation control device for changing the operation of the elevator to the anticrime measures when the RFID tag 14 is present at the landing where a call is performed.
