PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily installable tilted plate disposed in a storage tank with an upper face tilted. SOLUTION: The tilted plates 10 have plate members 11, long beams 12, and fixing members 30 fixing the plate members 11 and beams 12. The plate members 11 are disposed in the length direction L of the tilted plates and placed on the beams 12 to be superposed in the thickness direction T. The fixing members 30 are provided with two fixing plates 33, and the plate members 11 are provided with intrusion parts 39 allowing one side fixing plates 33 of the fixing members 30 to intrude in the width direction of the beams 12. By allowing the one side fixing parts 33 to intrude into the intrusion parts 39, and keeping a state of the plate members 11 and beams 12 held between the one side fixing parts 33 and the other side fixing parts 33, the plates members 11 and beams 12 are fixed.
