PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a vacuum head loss generated at a suction side of a pump in a vacuum deaerator, increase in size of equipment caused by a cavitation loss produced inside the pump, and excessively high specification required for a water pump used. SOLUTION: The equipment enables the use of a normal pump always by a means of interlocking a deaeration reservoir tank and a deaeration treatment tank provided with a common vacuum degassing mechanism, a common water pump, and an individual degassing mechanism to shorten a degassing treatment time, floating a switching layer comprising a plurality of pellets on each tank water surface to cut off a gas phase and a liquid phase from each other, and returning the tank inside pressure to atmospheric pressure in water distribution.
