PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide protectors with different widths and lengths and their manufacturing method without an exclusive manufacturing facility and their manufacturing method capable to produce main bodies of the protectors with one main body piece at a low cost. SOLUTION: One piece of the main body 12 is inverted at an angle of 180°and plain parts 24 and 25 facing in left and right direction of the main body piece are overlapped to give a protecting device of the main body 2, and a slit between an inner cover 4 and an outer cover 5 fixed to the protecting means is attached to a connecting material 3 being a connecting means.
