PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the problem that a plurality of kettlebells are required for the training with varied weights because the conventional kettlebells are of a full solid type. SOLUTION: A cavity part is provided within the kettle bell and an openable lid is applied on to a weight adjusting port linking the cavity part to the outside.
