PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouth cleaning tool capable of allowing an infant or the like to practice using a toothbrush in his or her mouth while securing safety (preventing the toothbrush from sticking the throat) and moreover learn how to grip the toothbrush properly, and further capable of being equipped with a wiping cloth for slaver without giving the user a sense of discomfort. SOLUTION: The mouth cleaning tool is composed of a head part 2, a ring part 3 and a handle part 4. The head part 2 and the rod-like handle part 4 project from the ring part 3 in directions different from each other, and a towel or a gauze can be attached to the ring part 3 as a wiping cloth 5 for slaver when used.
