MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ELECTRODES FOR ZN/AIR FUEL CELL

Provided is a method for preparing an electrode for a Zn/air fuel cell at the powered state of materials to allow an electrode material and a current collector to be integrated. The method comprises the steps of (S101) preparing a powered Zn or ZnO as a starting material for an electrode material; (S102) putting the powered Zn or ZnO with a current collector into a pellet mold compressor and compressing it; and (S103) applying a certain pressure to the pellet mold compressor to prepare a pelletized electrode for a Zn/air fuel cell where an electrode material and a current collector are integrated. Preferably the pressure of at least 5 ton is applied to the pellet mold compressor for several seconds to 2 min.
