A soundproofing device for a double floor is provided to cut off the impact load and noise transferred to the lower floor completely, to prevent a water leakage and to improve thermal insulating effect by forming a sound insulation board having vibration-proofing, rust-proofing and water-proofing functions and supporting the sound insulation board with a support member. The soundproofing device for a double floor contains: plural support members(100) installed on a concrete slab(10) at regular intervals to absorb impact load from the upper floor and composed of a lower ground plate fixed directly on the concrete slab by a concrete nail, an elastic member inserted to guide grooves of an upper ground plate and a lower ground plate, an upper ground plate formed to oppose to the lower ground plate to support a double floor layer and pressed/released to control the height of the upper ground plate, and a joint member composed of a bolt, etc. to couple the lower ground plate and the upper ground plate; a sound insulation board(200) installed on the support member evenly and composed of a bed plate layer(210), a low elasticity shock absorbing layer(220) attached on the bed plate layer to form waterproof and cushion layers and an urethane foam panel(230) attached on the low elasticity shock absorbing layer to form waterproof and cushion layers; and a mortar layer(500) placed on the urethane foam panel and buried with hot-water pipes(400). |
