A heating cooker (1) wherein an outlet (22) for discharging a heated fluid is formed in the side of a heated chamber (20) and a locking part (3a) is fitted thereto. A tray (4) comprises an edge part (4a), a side wall part (4b), a flat surface part (4c), an inner wall part (4d), and a bottom part (4e) in order from the outer edge side to the inner side. When the tray (4) is locked to the locking part (3a) with its front surface side facing the ceiling side of the heating chamber (20), a through hole (4f) in the side wall part (4b) faces the outlet (22). A part of the heated fluid discharged from the outlet (22) is fed to the rear surface side of the tray (4) through the through hole (4f), and the remaining of the heated fluid is fed to the front surface side of the tray (4). When the tray (4) is locked to the locking part (3a) with its rear surface side facing the ceiling side of the heating chamber (20), an opening in a groove part (4i) between the side wall part (4b) and the inner wall part (4d) faces the ceiling side of the heating chamber (20).
