A clip (1), wherein the first claw part (19) and the second claw part (31) of each of locking claws (18) come into an operation hole (32) in such a state that an inner member (2) and an outer member (3) are locked with each other. In this locked state, a tool (33) is inserted through the operation hole (32) formed in the inner member (2) to unlock the first claw part (19) of the locking claw (18) from a lock hole (12) so as to release the locked state. Furthermore, when the tool (33) is pulled out in the reverse direction to the inserting direction of the claw parts into the operation hole (32), the inner member (2) and the outer member (3) are brought into a temporary locked state.
