<p>There is provided an isolator including central electrodes (51, 52, 53) connected in high-frequency way to a ferrite (41) to which a DC bias magnetic field is applied by a permanent magnet. The electrodes (51, 53) do not intersect each other and they intersect the electrode (52) in an insulating state. Connection is made so that a magnetic field generated when current flows from one end (51a) to the other end of the electrode (51) and a magnetic field generated when current flows from one end (53a) to the other end of the electrode (53) have the same phase and the same direction. A capacitor (C1) and a resistor (R1) are connected in parallel to the electrode (51). A capacitor (C2) is connected in parallel to the electrode (52). A capacitor (C3) and a resistor (R2) are connected in parallel to the electrode (53). The one end (51a) of the electrode (51) and the other end (53b) of the electrode (53) are made balance input orts while the other end (51b) of the electrode (51), the one end (52a) of the electrode (52), the other end (52b) of the electrode (52), and one end (53a) of the electrode (53) are made balance output ports.</p> |
