An earphone suitable for hand-free environment and a separation preventing apparatus for the same are provided to apply a double mounting structure through a connection jack and a hook member, thereby preventing sudden separation from a mobile device. In an earphone(100) detachably mounted in a mobile device(150) through an output terminal(151) and a through hole(153) prepared at a predetermined interval, the earphone(100) comprises the followings: a connection jack(123) which is connected to the output terminal(151) and receives a predetermined electric signal; a hook member(111) which is prolonged from the connection jack(123) and is inserted into the through hole(153); and an engaging protrusion(113) which is formed in one end of the hook member(111) to prevent separation by being caught by a wall body where the through hole(151) is formed.
