<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal method of nitrogen oxide capable of efficiently removing a nitrogen oxide contained in a gas. <P>SOLUTION: The removal apparatus of nitrogen oxide of this invention is a removal apparatus of nitrogen oxide for removing a nitrogen oxide contained in a gas by alternately using several nitrogen oxide adsorbing means 41 and 43, which is provided with a regenerating agent tank 61 for storing a regenerating agent for a solid adsorbent, a regenerating agent supplying means 71 for supplying the regenerating agent from the regenerating agent tank to the nitrogen oxide adsorbing means in a suspension of the supply of the gas when the nitrogen oxide removal function of the nitrogen oxide adsorbing means 41 and 43 falls; and which performs the removal of nitrogen oxide by supplying the gas to the nitrogen oxide adsorbing means 41 other than the nitrogen oxide adsorbing means 43 where lowering of removal function is detected, to remove nitrogen oxide, while switching the supply of the gas, so as to supply the regenerating agent to the nitrogen oxide adsorbing means 43 where the lowering of removal function has been detected, to regenerate it with the regenerating agent at the site. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
