<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small internally consistent transistor having less characteristic dispersion, by shortening the bonding wire serving as a factor of characteristic dispersion as much as possible, using a line pattern as an inductor component and using it for internal matching. <P>SOLUTION: A package 2 of the internally consistent transistor is constituted of a ceramic cap 1 and a base 9. The inner wall of the cap 1 is metallized and the line pattern 3 is formed. The line pattern 3 is electrically connected to a transistor chip 5, mounted on the base 9 and a feed-through 8 of the package 2, and they are set to be a part of an RF input/output matching circuit.
