PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network-ready electronic apparatus in which a packet relay function, a packet receiving function, and a unique function can be made compatible efficiently. SOLUTION: The network-ready electronic apparatus 1 comprises a unique function providing section 101, a communication processing section 102, a section 103 for acquiring communication processing information, a section 104 for judging whether communication processing is under overload state or not and outputting the overload state as load information, a section 105 for managing the processing state at the unique function providing section as processing state information, and an overload control section 106 for determining the content of limitation on the processing at the communication processing section 102 in correspondence with the processing state information managed at the processing state managing section 105 and load information outputted from the overload state judging section 104 and controlling the communication processing section 102 based on the content of limitation.
