ANISOTROPIC BOND SHEET MAGNET AND ITS MANUFACTURING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with high thermal stability and high efficiency which is mounted with an anisotropic bond sheet magnet which is an oriented magnet which uses anisotropic bond magnet powder and can be improved in thermal stability and is manufactured by manufacturing equipment of an anisotropic bond sheet magnet which can increase a degree of orientation of the magnet. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing equipment of an anisotropic bond sheet magnet, a plurality of soft-magnetic bodies 5 are arranged at regular or irregular intervals in parallel with a magnetic field produced by an electromagnet 1 for magnetic powder orientation in a magnetic field generated region 11 to control the direction of the magnetic field. By the magnetic field produced by the electromagnet 1 for magnet powder orientation, a magnetic field is generated so that a parallel component may be large in an upper part between the soft-magnet bodies 5 and a perpendicular component may be large in an upper part of the soft-magnetic bodies 5. In this magnetic field generated region 9, a resin composition for a bond magnet is shaped. The motor uses the anisotropic bond sheet magnet manufactured by this manufacturing equipment as a permanent magnet of the rotor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
