PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for fixing a connector having flexibility to changes of connectors and capable of achieving cost reduction, and to provide a terminal insertion device, method of adjusting the device, and terminal insertion method. SOLUTION: The connector fixing device has a plurality of fixing members 22, 23 and changing means 24-27. The plurality of fixing members 22, 23 contact at least any one of opposed two sets of side faces and bottom face of the connector 11C. The changing members 24-27 can change the positions of the fixing members 22, 23 in the direction to cross the side face of the connector 11C or the bottom face of the connector 11C to which each of them contacts.
